CHANGWEI High Temperature Resistant Customized Color Quality Factory Manufacture PTFE Fiberglass Fabrics are made of high-quality glass fiber fabric compounded with PTFE resin to make a high-temperature resistant fabric with smooth surface and high brightness. In addition to its excellent release properties, wear resistance, low friction coefficient and corrosion resistance, the fabric can also maintain its original physical form without deformation during processing at temperatures ranging from -170°C to +260°C. In addition, in view of its non-toxic, odorless and tasteless characteristics, it has been approved by the US FDA to be widely used in food processing, packaging and other processing fields.
Main Features of High Temperature Resistant Customized Color Quality Factory Manufacture PTFE Fiberglass Fabric:
1.Anti-adhesive, easy to clean. It is easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, paint, etc. can be easily removed;
2.Very low coefficient of friction (0.05-0.1), the best choice for oil-free self-lubrication;
3.Excellent temperature resistance, PTFE Coated Fabrics can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -170ºC~+260ºC. After practical application, if placed at 250°C for 200 days continuously, not only the strength will not decrease, but also the weight will not decrease; if placed at 380°C for 120 hours, the weight will only decrease by about 0.6%; at -180°C Under ultra-low temperature conditions, no cracks will occur and the original softness will be maintained;
4.Safe and non-toxic, suitable for food production;
5.Can resist the corrosion of almost all chemicals;
6.Good dimensional stability and strong tensile strength, with good mechanical properties;
7.PTFE Coated Fabrics has good flexibility and folding resistance;
8.High insulation performance (small dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent below 0.0025);
9.Resistant to microwave, high frequency, purple and infrared rays.

1.Mold: mold demoulding;
2.Clothing: anti-adhesive linings, gaskets, coverings and fusing belts;
3.Packaging: Shrink film wrapping and side tape sealing;
4.Welding of plastic products: welding cloth for welding; plastic sheet, film, heat-sealing sheet lining tape. ;
5.High electrical insulation: electrical insulation tape base, spacers, gaskets, lining rings. High frequency copper clad laminate;
6.Heat-resistant cladding layer: laminated base material, wrapping with heat insulation body;
7.Food processing: heat sealing, frozen food transportation, defrosting belt, drying belt, microwave grill liner, oven baking liner;
8.Fusing/ Laminating Belts: transfer printing ironing table cloth, carpet adhesive curing conveyor belt, rubber vulcanization conveyor belt, abrasive sheet curing release cloth, etc.;
9.Pressure-sensitive tape base fabric;
10.Architectural membrane materials: canopy of various sports venues, station pavilions, parasols, landscape canopies, etc.;
11.PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabrics are used for anti-corrosion coating of various petrochemical pipelines, environmental desulfurization of power plant exhaust gas, etc.;
12.Flexible compensators, friction materials, grinding wheel slices;
13."Anti-static PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabrics" can be made after special processing.
