Product Description
A screwdriver is a commonly used tool for turning screws to secure them in place, usually with a thin wedge-shaped head that can be inserted into the groove or recess of the screw head.
There are mainly two types: one character (negative sign) and the cross (positive sign). There are also common hexagonal screwdrivers, including two types: inner hexagon and outer hexagon.
Technical Principles:
The screwdriver uses the working principle of a lever to pry the paint cover. The greater the distance from the power point to the fulcrum, the more labor-saving it is, so a long screwdriver is more labor-saving than a short screwdriver.
A screwdriver utilizes the working principle of a wheel axle when used to tighten screws. When the wheel is larger, it is more labor-saving, so using a thick handle screwdriver is more labor-saving than using a thin handle screwdriver to tighten screws.
Common Situations:
Commonly used for tightening screws.
Main categories:
Function:
1. Ordinary screwdriver
It is a screwdriver made with the head and handle together, which is easy to prepare and can be used as long as it is taken out. However, due to the many different lengths and thicknesses of screws, sometimes it is necessary to prepare many different screwdrivers.
2. Combination screwdriver
A screwdriver that separates the screwdriver head and handle. When installing different types of screws, simply replace the screwdriver head and do not need to carry a large number of screwdrivers. The advantage is that it can save space, but it is easy to lose the screwdriver head.
3. Electric screwdriver
Electric screwdriver, as the name suggests, is a combination screwdriver that uses an electric motor instead of manual installation and removal of screws.
4. Clock driver
Belonging to precision screwdriver, it is commonly used for repairing hand strap watches, hence the name.
5. Little diamond screwdriver
The head handle and body length are smaller than commonly used screwdrivers, not clock drivers.
In terms of its structural shape, there are usually several types:
1. Straight. This is the most common type. The head models include straight, cross, beige, T-shaped (plum blossom), H-shaped (hexagonal), etc.
2. L-shaped. Commonly seen in hexagonal screwdrivers, they use their longer stem to increase torque, making them more labor-saving.
3. T-shaped. There are many applications in the automotive repair industry.

Classification of screwdriver head types:
Screwdrivers can be divided into straight, cross, beige, star (computer), square, hexagonal, Y-shaped, and so on according to different head types. Among them, straight and cross are the most commonly used in our daily lives, and are used for installation, maintenance, and other purposes. It can be said that screwdrivers are used wherever there are screws.
Hexagonal heads are not commonly used, and internal hexagonal wrenches are commonly used. For example, many screws on some machines come with internal hexagonal holes, making it convenient to apply force from multiple angles. We don't see many large star shaped ones, while small star shaped ones are commonly used for repairing mobile phones, hard drives, laptops, etc. We call small screwdrivers clock drivers, commonly used star shaped T6, T8, cross shaped PH0, PH00, etc.

Usage:
Align the specialized shaped end of the screwdriver with the top groove of the screw, secure it, and then start rotating the handle.
According to the specifications and standards, rotate clockwise to tighten; Rotate counterclockwise to loosen. (In rare cases, the opposite is true.)
A flat screwdriver can be applied to Phillips screws. But cross screws have strong resistance to deformation.
